Where can we obtain the mighty assistance in our life?

I hesitated a moment before i decided to write the post...for i thought about what i have to say..
well...Erm...i just want to give some encouragements to my dear friends...so that all of you can be strengthen in the rest of your life after reading my post.LOL..so exaggerated~

Assurance of God's protection (Psalm 121:1-2)
1I lift up my eyes to the hills--from where will my help come?
2My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
Well~we actually will seek some help from some things when we are in troubles.
So..who knows that where we can find the truths and helps?
Some body will like to drink coffee so that they can be conscious for a period during their class or work time, but is the body can withstand the side effect of taking coffee for along time?
When you are physically in needs such as your empty stomach.You can eat to fill it up...
but what about the spiritual neediness?can we use some food to fill it too?No way~!
Some time we will need some spiritual support to empower us to continue our life faithfully.
For example,some of the parents' hope should be their sons.They would have to live so that they can bring up their dear sons.It is a common example.But unfortunately when their sons die in an accident.Then what is the reason for them to continue their life hopefully?
It means some things that can be seen are temporary.We should have to look at what it can not be seen,for that is undying.The thing we look at still exist,the hope and the spiritual assistance will not disappear anymore.
So~haha...erm...hope that all of you can have the eternal hope and spiritual support to live delightfully during the rest of your life... +u!!!
